I love ya'll. You saved my brand new 2023 GMC Denali 2500 HD Pick Up. In December of 2022, I purchased a new 2022 GMC Pick Up, and listened to my salesman saying that I did not need any extra protection for my new truck. He said the truck now has its own security system built in. I told him that I had the Ravelco in my trade in, (which was a 2018 GMC 2500 Diesel) and he said that Ravelco is old technology, he went on to say that "RAVELCO HAS BEEN OUT FOR 50 YEARS" so like a dumb ass, I listened to him and elected not to have a Ravelco installed in my truck. Low and behold, the day before Christmas 2022, my truck was stolen in 10 seconds from my front driveway. They opened the hood and switched out an item and it was gone. We saw the whole thing on my neighbor's Ring Door Bell Camera across the street. This time I was so afraid that I had ya'll come to my GMC Dealer and install your Ravelco. This past Valentine's Day, at a restaurant in Houston, the thieves tried to steal my new one. They got in without damaging a thing. The policeman told me they used a scanner, opened the doors and turned on the ignition, but THANK GOD the engine would not start because of your RAVELCO. When I called and told my salesman what happened, he back peddled and said "Yes, THE RAVELCO is the best". He must think I am an idiot, I remember exactly what he told me before. I just wanted to let you know that your Ravelco Device really worked this past Friday night at a High School Football game in Houston. I can kick myself in the rear for not having your Ravelco warning labels on my windows, (I peeled them off - very stupid of me) I parked my 2022 F-250 Super Duty, in the school parking lot right next to another one of your smart customers trucks that kept their Ravelco stickers on. Sadly, when I came out after the game my truck’s door was wide open, the interior lights were on, and the steering column was damaged. BUT MY TRUCK WAS STILL THERE !!! The truck parked next to me was untouched. I guess the thieves saw the Ravelco stickers and left that one alone. Thanks again for such a superior product. Thank God I installed the RAVELCO system!!! Well, I now know for sure that purchasing a Ravelco Anti Theft Device was the best best purchase I could have made. The other night I was catching up with an old friend and having dinner at Hooters in Pasadena, Texas on Beltway 8 East. Our waitress informed us that someone had stolen some trucks from their parking lot. When I investigated, someone broke into three truck. All three trucks were GMC Denali 1500s broken into, and the thieves had taken two of the three. I am so happy right now! I have been so scared for the last 2 months with all the COVID-19 outbreak and I know that auto theft is at an all time high. I am a nurse and my husband is a police officer. This past Monday night, while I was working, someone tried to steal my brand new 2020 F-150 Shelby Pick-up. I have no idea how they opened the doors but the ignition and dash lights were all on. My truck is push button start. Even though they did all that, YOUR RAVELCO PREVENTED THEM FROM STARTING THE ENGINE! When I came out from work I just cried seeing my brand new truck in the rain with the doors wide open. Thank God they did not break anything. Could you please send us two window stickers, so this will not happen again. The person who tinted our windows removed your warning stickers and I was ashamed to call and ask for more because your installers made it a point to tell us not to remove them if we had our windows tinted. Hello Ravelco,

We live in Michigan, Upper Peninsula. Last year (2018) we were "winter Texans" and stayed in Laredo. We were told by many neighbors and law enforcement officers that we should get your Ravelco Protection System for our truck while visiting there for the winter. It would be different if we heard it from only one source but we heard the same thing from two different branches of law enforcement officers. We took their advice and had your Ravelco installed while on a trip to San Antonio. It was installed in our 2017 Ford F-450 Super Duty that we tow our travel trailer with. (Nicer than our home). Thank God we did not have any problems there for nearly 3 months that we stayed. Last night we came out from a movie and our door on the truck was wide open. As we walked towards the truck we noticed all the lights on the dash were on as if someone tried to start it. It did not look like the thieves destroyed anything so we plugged in the Ravelco and the truck started. We called the police and made a report they must have thought we were crazy because nothing was damaged. The thieves must have used a scanner to open our door and turn on our ignition. Hello RAVELCO Company, My name is Floyd Smith, and I am writing you to share the wonderful excitement I have right now because of the RAVELCO system you guys installed on my vehicles. This past Saturday the 15th of December, my wife was at the local Sam's here in Houston and while just being in the store about 35 minutes and returning to it she noticed her driver's door was opened, but thought she had left it open in the rush. But it wouldn't start, so she called me and I was out of town, but I told her to call Triple AAA to boost it and if not tow her home and I would check it when I return. Well, after returning home I tried to start it and it wouldn't start, so I looked under the hood and I noticed the PCM Module was sitting in an empty space under the hood, disconnected and a red flag went up. I plugged it up and also placed a 15 amp fuse back under the fuse box where it had been removed and checked the door handle and noticed it had been jarred somewhat. It would close but wouldn't lock, I knew then some thief had tried to steal my wife's Cadillac Escalade. But, because of the RAVELCO'S system that had been installed on the Escalade the thieves were unsuccessful in stealing our vehicle. I am so grateful for that day I found your company on the Internet almost two years ago. Were it not for you all installing the system, this would have been the second time our vehicle was stolen. Hello Ravelco: If I was back in Houston right now I would take your entire crew to lunch at Killen's on me. This past Wednesday night we drove to the border in Donna, Texas for our annual dove hunt. We are staying at the same hotel where two years ago (2016) our brand new 2017 Dodge Ram Diesel was stolen and never to be seen again. For Christmas 2016, my wife had ya'll install your Ravelco on my new truck a 2017 Ford Super Duty F-450. I do not know if you remember but ya'll came to my job in Pearland to install it. It was raining very hard and we pulled it in one of our bays for your crew to work on. This morning, before breakfast, I went out to my truck to load it up with the guns and coolers. I noticed the driver's door was wide open. I thought my son was already in the truck but he was still in the room. There was no damage to any of the door locks. I wondered how they got in? The police officer who was called said car thieves use a remote scanner to unlock the doors and start it. Good Day Ravelco, Please, if you have a minute take time to read this email and realize what a great product you have. I say this because sometimes people who work for a company do not really understand how the product that they are manufacturing helps the community. Two weeks ago, I took delivery of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD High Country. Being that I am 71 years old, this truck cost 3 times what my home in Metairie, Louisiana cost back in 1974. This was the nicest truck I have ever had and I wanted to protect it. I Googled "Anti Theft Devices" and saw that your Ravelco was on the first page at the top of the list. My son said that companies sometimes pay for this high ranking (placement) but I saw that your Ravelco listing was not sponsored or a paid site, so I clicked on it. After reading your website, it upset me that you did not have a dealer in the New Orleans area. So I decided to take the trip with my granddaughter to Baytown, Texas (the closest your Houston installers came this way east) and have the Ravelco installed. It is a good thing I did, because last week at the mall here they had a rash of break-ins and stolen vehicles. I have mixed feelings about this because they broke into my truck and destroyed my ignition but the good part is the RAVELCO saved my truck! I love you guys! Please send me 2 more Ravelco warning stickers for my windows. When I had the windows tinted they removed the Ravelco labels that your men applied. I know your installers told me to have the tinters install the tint right over the Ravelco labels and I did tell the truck shop that tinted my windows to do that. But, as the world is today, they did not listen and scraped them off. I can't say enough about this amazing product. Just want to let you know the Ravelco anti-theft device you installed on my truck saved my truck last week.  Paid for itself many times over!  They tried to steal the truck but were unsuccessful.  The only thing wrong with your product is that the lowlife thieves either can’t read or they are unaware of how good the Ravelco system works.  We need to get the word out to the thieves so they don’t waste their time and damage a vehicle that they can’t steal!  The officer that investigated was so impressed with the system that he took a picture of the Ravelco plug and mentioned he was going to get one for his own truck. Good Morning Ravelco, an attempted truck theft was foiled last night because of your fabulous Ravelco Security (anti Theft) Device. Due to the rising flood waters in the Barker Cypress (Houston) area, I was forced to bring my truck more inland to San Antonio where my daughter and her husband live. Knowing my truck was much more safe there than here in Houston, I parked it on the street in right front of her home. Yesterday morning, August 30th, I went to get a change of clothes in my truck and the driver's door was open, the dash and ignition lights were on but the truck's engine was not running. I could see where some bum rifled through all my belongs but as far as we know they took absolutely nothing. I pushed the start button to shut the ignition off, inserted my RAVELCO plug and once again pushed the start button and my 2017 Ford F450 Dually started! Thanks to Ravelco for saving my truck and most of all, my new Welding Rig. Trying to  insult me once again, my wife said no one wanted my old clothes anyway so they left them! Dear Ravelco Crew: I am writing this message to let you know how happy I am with your Ravelco device. In January, I purchased a 2017 F-450 Platinum at a Texas Ford Dealership outside of Houston and paid more than my first home for it. I asked the salesman about protecting it with a Ravelco and he talked me out of it, saying that I did not need a Ravelco because Ford has their own factory security system. I work with many welders who have your Ravelco system on their trucks. They teased me every day saying that my truck was guaranteed going to get stolen sooner or later. Last month I  caved in and had one of your crews come out to the jobsite near NRG stadium and install your device while I was working. I was able to keep working because all I needed was my welding rig in the bed. At that time your installers put Ravelco warning stickers on my windows, but they were removed by the tint people when I had my windows tinted. What happened next was 100% my fault because I never called you and asked for more stickers. On Friday, February 24th when I came out of my hotel in Houston I saw my driver's door open and all my dashboard lights on. The thieves somehow opened the door without destroying my door handle. The truck has a push button start and the thieves had to get by that also because the dash lights were illuminated. Thank God for your Ravelco because they were unable to take my truck. Greetings Ravelco Team: I just wanted to say thank you for your superior product. Last month I had your Ravelco device installed in my 2017 F-250 Super Duty Pick Up. At first I was very upset at the car dealership because I thought I was getting a BIG DADDY SUPER DUTY like I had for so many years in the past. Instead (well at least in my opinion) I got a lifted F-150 that has a diesel engine in it that Ford now calls a SUPER DUTY. Like I said I was not happy with the new body change but I figured what the heck I better keep it because my old truck 2011 F-250 was getting old. Last week I was running cattle and I noticed a truck park next to mine on the road where I parked the cattle trailer. I really didn't think much of it because who would try to steal something from a truck while I right there nearby on a horse. At lunchtime as I was riding back over towards my truck and I noticed the driver's door wide open. I knew I did not leave my truck like that. When I went to look inside the truck I saw my push button that starts my truck pulled out and hanging out of the dash. All the dash lights were lit just like it does when you use the key fob to start it. I called the police and they came out right away (2 hours) and took a report. The cop told me that your Ravelco stopped it. He asked me for my Ravelco plug and inserted it in the Ravelco unit. He pushed the start button and the truck started. The officer said that the thieves must have used a laptop scanner to open the door and to turn on my ignition since that new truck does not use a key any longer. He also asked why I did not have any Ravelco window stickers. I told him they were removed when I had the windows tinted. I then asked him if he was a part time Ravelco salesman and he laughed and said he has them in all his vehicles. Good Morning Ravelco Team: I wish I would have had known about your company many moons ago. After having two trucks and a car stolen in the last 10 years - to say the least is that I needed your Ravelco product. Thankfully, a few weeks ago after having my truck stolen, a Houston Police officer recommended the Ravelco to me. Now, I am snug as a bug in a rug knowing that no one can take my truck. What I do not understand is why the media has not locked on to your good product and if they can't promote it, at least mention it in their news segments on auto theft. Instead they report the bad but do not tell you how to really fix the problem. (Like Trump says) Almost weekly, the local news channels have segments on auto theft. At the end of the report, all the reporter says is "to help prevent auto theft . . . be sure to lock your vehicle, park under a well lit area and install an alarm system." (Duh) I am not an expert but you would think these reporters would know more than I do. Alarm systems do not work, I had them in all of my vehicles! Also, in my last truck I had a tracking system that turned out to be a piece of crap! Now, the sad thing is I do feel that I am an expert in this field because I had 3 vehicles stolen! Hi Ravelco Guys: Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my Ravelco. I have a couple of wise guys in IT who work in my office building who said they have a program and software on a laptop that can open and start my new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I thought they were kidding around, so I told them to try it. They unlocked it and also started it. I just stood there shocked that my new Jeep could be compromised (stolen) so easily. When I arrived home and very upset I Googled "best anti theft device" and your Ravelco was right on top of the first page. I liked what I read (testimonials). I called your office in Houston and asked that if I had a Ravelco installed could thieves start my vehicle with a laptop? The tech I spoke with at your office said absolutely not. So I made an appointment and had your company come out and install a Ravelco system. Believe it or not, your installers came out to my home in Magnolia on a Sunday morning. All week I have been waiting for the right time to ask these two IT guys who have been teasing me to try to start my Jeep once again. Cockily they accepted the challenge and since today is Friday, I told the dynamic duo that I had an anti theft device installed in my Jeep and they could not mess with it any longer. They just laughed and did not believe me so just before lunch I and at least 20 co-workers trekked down to the parking garage to watch these guys try to start my Jeep once again. To the Ravelco crew: Please let me share a story with you that is going to make a few friends of mine pissed off. When I picked up my new 2016 Ford F150 King Ranch a few weeks ago, I wanted to get your Ravelco installed as soon as possible. The Ravelco system saved my previous F-350 Super Duty twice in the last 6 years that I had my truck. Two of my jack-ass friends said Ravelco was "old school" and I needed to get with the program and get a "state of the art" full blown alarm system with a paging system that alerts you if someone is messing with your truck. I don't know why but I took their advice and paid nearly $1000 to have one installed in my truck like they did. A week ago after the Texan's game, when I came out my new truck was gone. I call to see if it was towed and it was not. I did not even get a text letting me know someone was messing with it either (like advertised). A policeman who took my report said someone must have disarmed it with a scanner. What a waste of money! I am taking delivery of my new 2016 F-150 this Wednesday. "Hello - I am a Ravelco owner and I own a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. I live in the San Francisco East Bay area. Thieves attempted to steal my car on 09/01/2015. Thanks to Ravelco, they failed. However, I'm still left with a significantly damaged car that will take weeks to fully repair. In addition to punching a hole in the door and door lock, they stole the engine ECM and kicked in the fog lights out of spite. I have tinted windows, so I'm concerned the thieves did not see the Ravelco stickers in the window. What I'm wondering is -- how do I make it VERY clear that this car cannot be stolen? Do you a have custom window sun shade with the Ravelco logo on it? I'd be happy to back my car in every day and display your logo for all to see :). The Ravelco device was successful at preventing my car from being stolen, but I'm also interested in something that will prevent my car from becoming a target in the first place. I clearly need to do something additional to protect my vehicle or this will just happen again. Hi There: I just purchased a 2015 F-150 Platinum Pick Up and I want your mechanics to come and install your Ravelco truck protection device ASAP. This truck cost more than my house did 20 years ago! Dear Ravelco - I do have a story that might interest you. When I bought my truck, a Dodge Ram Quad, in 2010 (online from Ebay) I had already decided that I would put in a Ravelco system since that seemed to be the best system available. The person from whom I purchased the truck lived about 60 miles away from me and he offered to deliver it so I accepted and it came right to my door! I phoned the Ravelco salesman and he said he could put in the Ravelco system the same day so by that evening the truck was already protected. Good thing too! Although I live in the country and I put the truck behind some trees where it could not be seen from the road, somebody tried to start it up during the night. The neighbors who lived behind me could see the truck although I could not. They said that whoever was working on the truck was busy for hours trying to start it. In the morning I was shocked to discover that the hood was open on the truck and the driver's side door was open. The truck would not start but was otherwise OK apparently. My neighbor came up to the fence and told me that somebody had been working on it for hours already. I asked him why he did not call me. He said he thought that I had hired that fellow to fix the vehicle. I said "In the middle of the night? Since when do I hire somebody to fix my vehicles in the middle of the night?" The neighbor said he thought it odd, too, but did not think to call me. I said it was a good thing that I already had a Ravelco system installed. I called Ravelco because the truck would not start and I thought it had something to do with the Ravelco. It was working fine the day before. The Ravelco rep came and looked at the truck. He discovered that the would-be thief had managed to blow a fuse. The Ravelco rep installed a new fuse and the truck started up just fine. There was no charge. Apparently although the thief had hours to work on the truck, he could not manage to defeat the Ravelco system. Several people have offered the possibility that the "thief" might have been the previous owner since he could still have had a key. Whoever it was, no permanent harm was done. However, I did have a cheap noisemaker alarm installed after this event as well so that if the same thing happened again, I would know about it and not have some guy working away in my yard all night without my knowledge! Hello Team Ravelco – I want to thank ya'll for making such a superior product. I had my Ravelco installed in Baytown Texas around a year ago on my 2006 Dodge Diesel 3500 Pick Up. Last week at work in Eagle Ford, Texas at the motel I was staying at for the last 6 months, some crooks tried to steal my truck, my $25,000 Lincoln Welding Rig, my leads and all my tools. They bypassed or shut off my waste of money alarm somehow and opened the doors and broke the ignition but your Ravelco stopped them in their tracks and my truck was still there in the morning when I got up. I make my living with my truck and if it was stolen it would have been a disaster for me and my family. I gave your companies website and information to  many people that work with here with me. Hey Guys: Just wanted to send a shout out to the Ravelco Company for protecting my ride, my trailer and my livestock. Last year I had my 2014 Silverado stolen (never recovered) and this year I was a little smarter and took the advice from a Dallas police officer and had a Ravelco Anti Theft Device installed in my new 2015 HD 3500 Silverado. It is a good thing I did because if I didn't, my new truck and trailer would have been history also. The past two weeks at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo we were showing cattle. On Saturday night we went to a concert and when we came out to the parking lot the driver's door was wide open and the ignition  was broken out of the steering column. All the idiot lights were lit up on the dash but the thief could not start my vehicle. I also had a $900 alarm system that the thieves bypassed or “scanned” is what the Houston cops said. What a joke. I am getting my money back from Best Buy and having it removed this week. Once again thank you Ravelco - you guys rock! The police just left my home about 2 hours ago after the 7th attempt to steal my Ford F250. My truck is bone stock, sits in front of my house with the porch lights on and under a street lamp. I don't live in a high crime area (unless you consider the theft attempts on my truck). My truck was first stolen 5 or 6 years ago and after recommendations from others, I had the Ravelco plug installed. Though my truck's been broken into 7 times since then, but they've never been able to steal it again. The most they've been able to do is destroy the door locks and ignition switch. Thru the years, I've had different things done to my truck to help prevent thefts and break-ins. Removal of all the door locks, never locking my truck and never keeping anything of value in my truck. The break-in this morning was the second attempt in as many weeks. They busted the ignition out last Wednesday. I decided not to fix it because they can't start it without the Ravelco plug anyway. Hell, if a screwdriver is good enough for the thieves to use to start my truck, it's good enough for me cause I know my truck is not going anywhere without the Ravelco plug. Thank you for an excellent product. After Saturday’s game we were returning to our truck only to find three of the doors wide open, the steering column was ripped apart, and the lights in the dash were all on. My husband and a policeman retrieved a screw driver, stuck it in the damaged key hole and tried in vain to start our poor truck. Through my tears I said “honey remember you have to insert the Ravelco plug in order to start it.” He did just that and our truck started. This proves that your Ravelco is what saved our truck. Thank you for such a great product. The officer said the thieves must have used a scanner to unlock our truck because there were no visible marks on the door. I wonder why the automakers do not make your Ravelco standard equipment in all their vehicles or at least the expensive ones. "Dear Ravelco:  In the past year and a half I have been through a divorce and things have been not so nice for me but I have to thank your company for letting me keep my truck. Let me tell you why, in my divorce I was totally wiped out. I did not even have a vehicle to drive. My Mom and Dad gave me their 1995 Ford F-150 Pick Up that my now retired Dad used to drive back and forth to work. It only has 80 thousand miles on it. They had a Ravelco installed at the Ford dealer back in September of 1994 when they purchased it. Honestly, I never paid much attention to the Ravelco and never removed the plug when I left my truck. Season’s Greetings Ravelco, I don’t know if you will use this testimonial the way I wrote it, but I want to THANK YOU all for making our upcoming Christmas a great one. Last Saturday my family and I went to Memorial City Mall for some Christmas shopping with our entire family. The place was so packed we had to park out near the I-10 feeder. We were all in good spirits because of the holidays but mainly because we just took delivery of my husband’s new 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty Pick Up. Hello Ravelco, Ya’ll rock! This past December 17, 2013, I met your installing crew at the Bass Pro Shop in Katy, Texas. My wife and I are truckers and were traveling from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Orange County, California. On our first stop in Georgia we were at a lunch counter and we noticed a fellow trucker sitting right beside us with something interesting attached to his keys. My wife could not help herself and asked him what it was. He told us that it was a “Ravelco”. We asked what is a Ravelco? He said it was an anti theft device to protect his big rig. He went on to say that it was the best thing since slice bread and all the trucks that the company he works for has them installed. He was very nice (maybe because it was the holiday season). "Thank You for making a great product.  I own a 2007 F-250 SUPERDUTY Lariat 4X4 with a Ranch hand front bumper, several BANKS upgrades and 5th wheel hitch.  I had a Ravelco antitheft device installed a couple of yrs ago.  I was skeptical at first until the other day while doing some Christmas shopping with my wife and daughter.  After shopping we stopped to grab some lunch for approx. 1hr.  On our way back to the truck, I pushed the unlock door key on our remote and noticed 4 honks from the factory alarm that came with the truck.  My wife and I thought someone opened their car door and set off the alarm.  When I went to open the door I noticed that the keyhole mechanism had been punched in by a screwdriver and the door was unlocked.  I thought the worst, all the possible damage to the steering column and all valuables gone.  The steering column and ignition switch were still intact but I could tell that someone had put something in the ignition and tried to start the vehicle.  Now the bad thing was that the losers did get away with a few Christmas presents totaling a whopping $35.00  HA HA HA.  I'm not sure exactly what saved my truck from being stolen that day but when we spoke to the authorities, they advised us that ours was the 6th truck that day that had been broken into and ours was the only one that was NOT stolen, I have to owe it to RAVELCO. The other 5 trucks had been taken.  Now the damage bill to replace the plastic door mechanism and tumbler is around $130.00, that sure beats having to replace my $51,000.00 truck.  Once again THANK YOU!!!!! for making a great product.  I highly recommend everyone install a RAVELCO product in their vehicle." - December 2010 - Mike - New Mexico

Before delivery, I called your office to ask if someone could remove the Ravelco lock from my old truck (2005 F-250) and install it in my new one. To be honest I was quite upset at ya’ll because you said it would be more expensive to do because you would have to remove the old Ravelco and trace the circuits in my old truck to connect them back together like the factory had them and then fully install the old Ravelco in my new truck. I understand now, but it still made me upset that it would cost more than a new one. I took your advice and left the Ravelco in my old truck when we traded it in. After pouting a few days I finally called your company (glad I did) in Houston and scheduled an install. Your installer came to Greenway Plaza (my work) and installed it. The very next day at a shopping center in Pearland, as I walked out of the store I noticed broken glass on the ground and realized it was mine. The ignition was in the on position, the hood was open and it was attempted to be hot-wired. I guess the thieves did something to bypass the Ford factory “chip in the key security” because when I inserted the Ravelco plug, the truck started just by turning the ignition without the key. "I wanted to send you and RAVELCO an unsolicited note to thank you for installing such a great product into my FORD F250. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this product to ANYONE who wants to protect their investment. I tell everyone I see that has a Ford Super Duty or really nice car about your product. I give them your business card and tell them it worked for me. I bought a 2001 Ford F-250 crew cab 4 x 4 in August of 2009. I bought this truck knowing fully that it was one of the most stolen vehicles in the country. Being in Law Enforcement I knew that if my truck was stolen the chances of getting it back in one piece was going to be slim to none. Before I bought my truck I had researched a lot of different security systems. I finally settled on the Ravelco. Just for the simple reason that was a proactive security system vs. an alarm system that is only reactive. Plus I have seen several high quality, top end alarms be bypassed and stolen with out the alarm ever going off. I had my truck about a week and called Ravelco to talk about the system. I spoke with Hampton Jensen who was the dealer for Tucson .  Hampton was very knowledgeable and very professional. I set up a time for him to come out install the Ravelco on my truck with in the week. The installer showed up at my house to install the Ravelco. He was very professional and was very meticulous. I am very anal about my truck and was curious as to how this system is installed so I watched him install the entire system. It took him over three hours to install this system. This system is for real. A car thief would have to have several hours to figure out where the wires go and be able to retrace them back to where they are supposed to be. Even if they were to start “jumping” wires or plugs there is a better chance of blowing fuses then ever getting that vehicle to run. He did such a great job that even me as the owner had a hard time finding where all the wires went to. What a superb installation. I knew that this system was expensive but I didn’t want to loose my truck. After Hampton finished up and explained everything to me, he cleaned up every thing that he had out and left. We rented a U-Haul trailer and pulled it with our 2010 F-350 Ford Pick Up. The trailer was filled, and I mean filled with my Mom’s furniture and irreplaceable mementos. We were very tired and we had to stop. I was scared to death because we were in Atlanta, Georgia and we had the trailer loaded with many of my Mom’s things that she wanted me to have. Arriving late we were unable to get a visible parking spot from our hotel window (as if that would had mattered). We parked in the far back of the hotel parking lot. This scared me. "After having my 2002 Subaru WRX stolen twice in Newark, NJ during my dental school experience (2004-2008), I decided it was time to look into finding the best security system for my ride.  I  found the Ravelco system through a Google search and, after reading the fifty some testimonials on the website , I decided this security system would give me the peace of mind I needed.  After setting up my appointment, the installer Chuck, drove 2 + hours to my location and hooked up my WRX in 3-4 hours.  The whole set up is so stealth and I knew there was no way any thief was gonna be able to get around it. "Last August, I purchased my dream truck a 2007 King Ranch Edition Super Duty F-350 Diesel Pick Up. One Friday night in September, I went to Minute Maid Park to watch a baseball game with some friends. I parked in a lot that faces the main street on the south side of the stadium. I was stressing over not having my "chirp" when the factory alarm arms, though, so I went by the Ford dealership last night, and one of the technicians there was able to perform some type of "cycle" on the car, with a little keypad-looking thing.  When he finished, my "chirp" was back!  :) Of course he felt the need to enlighten me about the uselessness of the Ravelco . . . after all, he's been in the alarm business for 20 years!  First he told me that there is NO WAY a Ford car could be stolen - he demonstrated what happens if you try to start one while the alarm is going off, told me about the chips, etc. He even had me read the description of the alarm system in the sales brochure. (Yawn)  He even invited me to try starting it while the alarm was going off - I told him that I'm not a car thief; I don't know how to do those things! Then . . . a few minutes later, he told me that the Ford F-250 is the most stolen truck in the world. Hmmmm. Then told me, later, about once, several years ago, when they arrived at work to find that a whole row of Mustangs were gone. Hmmmm . . . ? "After our truck (a 1997 Dodge Diesel pickup – known for easy starting with a screw driver) was stolen in August of 2007 and recovered, we purchased a Ravelco anti theft system. Last week my husband came home from a long day of fishing, and it being late and dark, did not unload his gear  from the truck. "I am not trying to boast but I have a car that is worth over $227,000 US Dollars. It is a 2006 Red Ferrari 430. I keep it in our garage but I am so scared on having it stolen. After searching the web, I decided to go with your Ravelco Theft product for my car. I had one installed in Montreal, Canada. I paid extra to have the Ravelco installed completely underneath my dashboard. In December 2006, we went back to New York for the holidays and returned to Montreal in January of this year (2007). We were shocked to find out that while we were gone someone had broke into our home and stole every firearm that I had collected since I was 13 years old! They even stole my tools and a floor jack that I had in my garage. The Ferrari's ignition assembly was destroyed and the battery was dead. The thieves actually tried to run wires from the battery to the ignition to try to HOT WIRE and steal the Ferrari! BUT NO WAY !! "Well they sure did give it a gallant effort. Tore up the interior pretty bad and only got away with a pack of smokes, couple of compact disks and my cell phone charger.  I am pretty mad but I still have my truck. "Just wanted to let you know your product was put to the test and passed! Last month I was at the hospital picking up my son. I was there from 9AM until they finally released him at almost 5PM. First, I opened the rear passenger door to load some stuff in the back seat, then I went to clear off the clutter in the front passenger seat so my son could sit down comfortably. I noticed something very wrong upon opening the passenger door, the bottom of the steering column on my 02 Suburban was missing. I got this sick feeling in my stomach as I walked around the front of my car to get in the driver’s seat. The bottom half of the steering column was there on the floor mat and it had metal shavings in it. I looked at the keyhole, and there did not seem to be any damage to it, so I tried to put my key in it. Before I put my key in, I noticed the air conditioner was on and all of the lights on the dashboard were on, that meant the ignition switch was in the on position and there was no key in it! When I put my key in the ignition, I turned it backward and then forward to try to start my car, but that locked the ignition and now my key would not work at all. I had to get a locksmith to get me back on the road. The locksmith showed me why there were metal shavings under the steering column; the person or persons that tried to steal my car had drilled a hole into the ignition switch, but they drilled it from below the switch, not into the keyhole.  Using the hole the would be thief had already drilled, the locksmith used a couple of ice picks and what looked like a small file to start my car. He had it started in no more than 15 seconds! The only difference was this time my half of the Ravelco was now in place. The locksmith told me that whoever did this was probably a professional and I was lucky to still have my car…. "As you all are aware auto theft is a problem for all of us, and in New Mexico we are seeing an increase in auto theft pertaining to full size trucks.  My friend owns a 2005 Ford F250 Super Duty and his truck was recently stolen out of his driveway and was later found outside of Las Cruces left on the side of the road. The only reason his truck was not in Mexico is because the thieves ran out of fuel.  Since I own a 2005 Ford F350 Super Duty I decided that I needed to take some extra steps in protecting my truck.  I called High Desert Ravelco and had the Ravelco installed on my truck.  After 1 week of having the Ravelco installed someone attempted to steal my truck right out of my driveway between midnight and 4am.  The thieves that stole my truck did exactly the same things that the thieves did to my friend’s truck that was stolen.  I believe that the only reason that I still have my truck today is because I took the extra step in protecting my property and had the Ravelco installed. "I just wanted to drop you an e-mail regarding your system. I got it installed in my Denali about a year ago due to the fact that my Denali was broken into and was not stolen due to people spotting the culprits. I had it installed while it was at the dealer getting fixed. They just attempted to steal it again this past Friday (March 9, 2007) and they failed. My wife works 12 hours shifts at her hospital and has to park way in the back. They popped the lock and broke the steering column. From the looks of it, they came back several times to try and start it using different methods with no success. They were after my 24" wheels both times. Luckily it is only costing me 100 bucks for my deductible and not 4,500 bucks for the wheels. Thanks again for a great product. I am also going to purchase another set for my 2006 Pontiac GTO. I read all the testimonies, yet I was still skeptical. Well no longer. I bought a new Silverado on May 19, I put 24 " wheels on it, custom stereo everything. I thought OnStar would protect me, that's what the dealer said anyway. Well it was stolen June 12 a little over 3 weeks after I bought it and 1 week after I put on the wheels. From a government building none the less. Well after the insurance hassle, police etc. etc. I got it back in August, got new wheels, new system everything but also the Ravelco.  Well last night at 3:00 am. I was awakened by a man shouting "IT'S NOT STARTING COME ON!!!" I looked out the window and my door was open and two guys where driving off in a beat up Honda Civic.
